spintime Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all users of the spintime platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP members. By accessing spintime in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the spintime platform from time to time.

spintime reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via a notice on the spintime platform and, where appropriate, by email to your registered address. Your continued use of spintime following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the spintime platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by spintime.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold spintime accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing spintime from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of spintime, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the spintime platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering a spintime account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. spintime reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

To access the full range of spintime services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) spintime account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. spintime employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, spintime reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical transactions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your spintime login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. spintime will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify spintime immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

spintime accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Philippine-based players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific limits for each payment method are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into your spintime account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. spintime does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. spintime aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash / PayMaya: Within 30 minutes for amounts up to ₱50,000, subject to account verification status.
• Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): Within 1–3 banking business days.

spintime reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

spintime offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the spintime platform and form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all spintime promotions include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made.
• spintime reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, including low-risk hedging strategies, may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• spintime's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

Players who have opted into a bonus may be restricted from withdrawing their real-money balance until the bonus wagering requirement has been completed or the bonus has been forfeited. Players may choose to forfeit a bonus at any time via their spintime account settings.

All games available on the spintime platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

spintime uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to those providers' own regulatory oversight and certification.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, spintime will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, spintime reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. spintime's decision in such circumstances is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spintime platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one spintime account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the spintime platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the spintime platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any spintime game or system feature.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any spintime software or system.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward spintime staff or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your spintime account on your behalf.

All content on the spintime platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the exclusive property of spintime or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the spintime platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any spintime content without the prior written consent of spintime.

The spintime name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of spintime. You may not use any spintime trademark, trade name, or logo without the prior written permission of spintime.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, spintime, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the spintime platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

spintime's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the spintime platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your spintime account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spintime does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. spintime will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

spintime collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the spintime platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

spintime implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and spintime cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

spintime may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or where spintime reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of spintime, its players, or the public.

spintime is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. spintime provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your spintime account settings.

Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 6 months. Players who wish to permanently close their spintime account may do so by contacting the spintime support team. During any self-exclusion period, spintime will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform, including blocking login attempts from the registered account.

spintime will not knowingly allow any person who has self-excluded to open a new account during the exclusion period. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any funds held in that account will be returned to the player, less any bonus amounts.

spintime reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, spintime will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification procedures. Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, spintime reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.

You may close your spintime account at any time by contacting the spintime support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

spintime reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice posted on the spintime platform and, where practicable, by email to the registered email address associated with your account. The notice will specify the effective date of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the spintime platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 above. Your continued use of the spintime platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the spintime platform, you agree to first contact the spintime support team to seek an informal resolution. spintime will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.
